DR. CHARLES P. BUSCEMI & MR. JOSE MARTINEZ NURSING SCHOLARSHIP

The Dr. Charles P. Buscemi and Mr. Jose Martinez Nursing scholarship is available to one student who is fully admitted to either any Undergraduate Nursing program in the Nicole Wertheim College of Nursing & Health Sciences. The recipient must be enrolled full-time (based on the plan of study) in nursing courses for Spring 2025. Students must complete the Academicworks online application, which includes responding to questions in the application, writing an essay explaining educational and professional goals and how achieving a scholarship will benefit them, be in excellent academic standing and demonstrate significant financial need as it relates to the Financial Aid system; must file a current year FASFA. Meeting any or all of the above does not guarantee receipt of this scholarship. Please make sure your application is “SUBMITTED” and your essay is readable. The recipient of this scholarship will be required to write a Thank You message to the donor as part of the awarding process.
